We'll accept students on a 1st come, 1st serve basis, with a $200.00 deposit (we accept cash, debit, cheque, Visa or MasterCard)
We have set a deadline for full payment by Aug. 1st, 2011
Receipts will be given once the full payment has been made

THE CAMP IS OPEN TO STUDENTS 10 YRS. & OLDER
LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE
We are accepting 20 to 25 participants for the CAMP in order to make it effective for the purpose of creating bands.
If your child is interested, please let us know As Soon As Possible and if you know other children that may be interested, please let them know about our Rock Camp.

Here's an outline of the Rock Camp program:
* 9am to 3pm everyday. Please bring lunch & snacks
* Drop off (sign in) between 8:30 - 9am
* Pick up (sign out) between 3 - 4pm
* 10 years old & up (it is recommended that younger students have been taking a music lesson for at least 6 months)
* The cost is $400.00 per child, for the week
* Youth will be placed in at least one group and maybe more depending on ability
* On the first day of camp, we will have an orientation, get to know one another & learn how to write an original piece of music together
* From there, we'll divide into bands (consisting of vocalist, guitarist, bassist, drummer, pianist, etc.). Some groups may have more than 1 of the same instrument or more than 1 vocalist
* Some youth may have the opportunity to try a different instrument
* Each band will write their own songs & cover songs done in their own styles
* The more advanced students might be spilt into more groups of vocalists, drummers, guitarists, etc., to give them more to work on
* All groups will have the help & leadership of our staff
* On Friday, we'll have a BBQ or pizza party for the students
* Our Friday performance is for family, friends & the public. Everyone is welcome! |
